Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-07-06.
Feedjot is in early beta and open to everyone. These terms are written in plain English on purpose, but they are a real, binding agreement — read them before you sign up. By creating a Feedjot account, or by using the service if you already have one, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use Feedjot.
Who you're contracting with
Feedjot is a product of Sweetview Partners, Inc. These terms are a contract between you and Sweetview Partners, Inc., governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that venue and personal jurisdiction. Questions or legal notices: support@feedjot.com.
Who can use Feedjot
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that's older, and able to form a binding contract to use Feedjot. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. You also need an active X (Twitter) account in good standing to connect and post through Feedjot.
Beta status
The service is actively evolving during beta. We may change features or pricing with reasonable notice. We will never reset or delete your data except at your own request (see "Your data," and the Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and auto-renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing in the app — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate or refund partial periods, but if something on our end went wrong (a billing error, a period where the service was down through our fault), email support@feedjot.com and we'll make it right, evaluated case by case. Trials do not require a card and do not auto-convert to a paid plan without you actively subscribing.
What you can post
You're responsible for the content you publish through Feedjot. Don't post anything that violates X's rules, is illegal where you or your audience live, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share. Feedjot doesn't pre-screen your content and isn't responsible for what you choose to post.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content posted through Feedjot infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@feedjot.com with: (1) your contact information, (2) a description of the copyrighted work and the material you believe infringes it, (3) the location of that material, and (4) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you're authorized to act and that the information is accurate. We'll investigate and remove infringing content we control on Feedjot; we can't remove content already posted to X — use X's own reporting tools for that. If your content is removed because of a notice like this and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the removed content and stating, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; we'll forward it to the original complainant and handle it consistent with standard DMCA counter-notice practice.
Your content, our license to run the service
You own what you create and upload to Feedjot. By using the service you give Feedjot a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate Feedjot for you — for example, saving a draft and posting it to X on your behalf at the time you schedule. We don't use your content for anything else, and this license ends when you delete the content or your account. Feedjot's name, logo, and the software itself belong to Sweetview Partners, Inc. — these terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond normal use of the service.
Account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect it's been compromised, reset your password immediately — that flow also kills every active session.
Limits & termination
We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent caps, or repeatedly trigger X policy violations. You can stop using Feedjot and delete your account at any time (see "Your data"). We may also suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms; where practical we'll tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including billing you already owe, liability, and dispute resolution — continue to apply after your account closes.
Your data
You can export or permanently delete your account and data at any time from Billing in the app — see the Privacy Policy for details. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription first, so you're never billed after your data is gone.
Disclaimer of warranties
Feedjot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that X will always accept posts we send on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Sweetview Partners, Inc. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Feedjot. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on a free trial. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sweetview Partners, Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your use of Feedjot in violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product matures. For material changes we'll post the new version here with an updated date and, where practical, email active subscribers in advance. Continuing to use Feedjot after a change takes effect means you accept it.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Feedjot on this subject. We won't treat a delay in enforcing these terms as giving up our right to enforce them later. You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else without our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
